TERMS OF SERVICE
Failure to abide my TOS will result in blacklisting and by commissioning me you are agreeing to the terms below
▸ I have the right to decline any commission for any reason▸ I accept payments in EUR (€) and only through PayPal▸ I will start working on your commission after I've received the payment. If this is not a comfortable option for you, we can discuss it further▸ I do not accept refunds. Only time you will be able to get a refund is if I am unable to complete the commission for any reason▸ Do not post my work on any social media without properly crediting me. This also applies if you're going to use my work as a profile picture etc. (only the commissioner has permission to use the commissioned art)▸ Any commercial use of my work is prohibited▸ Please check my Trello for your position in the waitlist or if I've started to work on your order. If it takes me over a month to update you, please contact me (I may be forgetful)

DESIGN TOS
▸ Regular TOS above also applies▸ Make sure to properly credit me as the designer▸ Do not sell the design for more than you originally paid, unless they come with extra artwork/they were a gift/raffle/trade▸ I make toyhouse profiles for all my designs so it makes the job easier for me to track them, so it's preferable that you have a TH account▸ You are absolutely allowed to add/remove/change anything on the design as long as I am still credited as the creator▸ I am not comfortable with my designs being used in "breeding charts" or "breeding slots"▸ Copying/tracing/referencing/colorpicking any of my designs is not allowed without permission. This does not mean I will always give permission, so stay respectful▸ I can do redesigns if; you have permission from the original artist, it's your own design or you have a base sketch. Redesigns count as customs unless only a few changes are made
